Select the Text object ( A ) and go to Appearance tab in the right panel and then click in the gradient box ( B ) to fill the text color and change gradient colors from light blue “#8BBFE0” to white “#FFFFFF.” Then go to the stroke button ( C ) to set its width to 3 with black color.
